  • Direct OEM replacement for proper fit
  • Built to strict Ford Motor Company specifications
  • Made of premium materials
  • Ensures long-lasting durability
  • Backed by a 2-year warranty

The EVAP system prevents harmful fuel vapors from escaping the fuel system into the atmosphere. The vapor canister stores these vapors until the engine control unit commands the purge and vent valves to allow the vapors to flow to the engine where they can be burned in the combustion chamber. If the vapor canister is cracked, the EVAP system will not hold pressure, which will set a Check Engine light and may cause the vehicle to fail an emissions test.

If your vapor canister is leaking, cracked, or otherwise damaged, Motorcraft offers you the product that is a direct replacement for the factory vapor canister but costs less. The part is designed specifically for your Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury model and doesn't require additional modifications for fitment. The Motorcraft vapor canister will look, function, and install exactly the same as the original. Built to strict Ford Motor Company specifications, it will restore EVAP system functionality and make your vehicle emissions compliant.

Launched by the Ford Motor Company in 1972, Motorcraft is the most trusted manufacturer of vehicle-specific replacement parts for Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln vehicles. Motorcraft parts feature OEM quality and fit and are designed to maximize the performance of Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury models. Recommended by the Ford Motor Company, Motorcraft is a one stop shop for your automotive needs.
