Mikuni Carburetors & Fuel Pumps

Mikuni is a famous Japanese company widely known for its carburetors designed for motorcycles and powersports vehicles. Founded almost a century ago, it has a huge experience in this area while enjoying a solid reputation. Mikuni carburetors can be found in many two-wheelers by Suzuki, Honda, and Yamaha, not to mention aftermarket Mikuni carbs developed for V-twins by Harley-Davidson. However, the company also produces such replacement parts as throttle position sensors for some cars and SUVs by Dodge, Chrysler, Suzuki, and Mitsubishi.

The Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Stratus, Mitsubishi Eclipse, and other models made in the 1990s and 2000s are on this list. Essentially, a TPS sensor is a potentiometer changing its output low voltage depending on the throttle position. Japanese quality – that's what makes some them sought after. Having small moving electrical contacts inside, the sensor has to send an extremely precise signal in which even the tenth part of a volt matters. In addition, its operation has to be stable in the conditions of temperature extremes and vibration, for years to come. None of TPS sensors are made reparable, so if yours malfunctions, pick a quality, reliable product right here.

Better than Stock. Decent Price
It works, and now I have no problems starting my JS550. I haven’t noticed much performance gains, but it increases power just a bit. Delivery wasn’t fast but the carb came well packed and the same as in the pic.

Product has excellent appearance. Most don't understand the importance of this component, it's proper operation is critical. I'm very happy with this parts quality.
