    When you want to replace your factory stereo with a custom one, your should figure out whether you need a single-DIN or double-DIN stereo and stereo dash kit. To do it, you should measure the faceplate of your current head unit. If it measures roughly 7" wide by 2" high, then it's a single-DIN head unit. If it measures roughly 7" wide by 4" high, then it's double-DIN. The single-DIN stereo can be replaced with another single-DIN unit, while the double-DIN stereo can be replaced with another double-DIN unit or a single-DIN one with a pocket.

    This stereo dash kit allows for the installation of both double-DIN stereo and single-DIN one with a pocket.     Dash Kit
    The product came sooner than expected which was great, only downside it came with a broken piece. But it happen to be a part I had to cut off anyway so no harm. Very easy to install.

    CARiD And Metra Saved The Day
    I could go on and on about CARiD, and how they helped me get the necessary parts to have my stereo installed before I went on a trip. I checked every stereo seller and supplier within a hundred miles of me and could not find the Metra Dash Installation Kit for my car in stock. I am not talking about a rare car, but a very common 2012 Honda Accord. Anyway, I found CARiD on line and they provided me with everything that the local Best Buy would need to install my stereo, with navigation and backup camera, xm, pandora, the works. And it arrived at my door within 2 days! They were awesome. No mistakes, everything fits perfect, looks perfect and is of good quality.     Looks Good, But...
    This is a very good looking dash kit. Very clean and has that OEM look to it. But... All my climate control buttons stick whenever I turn on or adjust any of my settings. Very annoying. They stick up or down and they do not budge... I have to pick at it with my fingernails to get them unstuck. I don't know if anybody else had this problem but I know I did.

    Changed My Whole 2008 Honda Civic lx
    Perfectly fits into place. Looks like it belongs and looks great with my double din stereo. Looks stock and fits very well.

    Does Not Fit.
    Inside dimension is not 7", try more like 6.75". Had to trim off on both sides, the top, and the bottom to get this to fit a double din radio that's the exact same size as the stock radio. Stock radio wouldn't even fit.

    Great Match in 2017 XSE
    I used this kit to install a Pioneer AVH-2300NEX in my 2017 Corolla XSE. The gloss finish matches wonderfully, and I'm very pleased with the final result. I'm not a huge fan of the plastic mounting brackets, as they do flex a bit when re-fastening the 10mm bolts. However, once fully mounted it's solid.
