Product Details

Coilover Hi-Low Kit by Megan Racing®. Constructed of 6061 CNC Machined aluminum sleeves and SAE 9254 Cold Wound Steel coil springs, the coil-over system is designed for competition as well as high-performance street use. The higher spring rate in the suspension drastically improves handling of the vehicle in turns, reduces wheel hop and improves weight transfer during hard acceleration. Adjustable from 0-3" drop, the coil over suspension also improves the appearance of your car by reducing fender gap between the wheel and the body of your car. Featuring hard-plastic caps to prevent shock failure and priced well below Megan Racing competitors, Megan Racing coil-over kits prove you don t have to spend a fortune for high-performance and quality.

Good Quality Product. Fitment Was Tough
The product quality is good but fitting these to the struts so it would sit snug was a problem.

Mixed Feelings
I really love the way the car rides. It is extremely smooth. However, I thought that the car would be lower than it actually ended up being. It's not low at all actually. It just looks like a stock car should, not how a lowered car should look. There wasn't a way to determine online what type of springs I should have bought for the look I was going for. If the springs had been just a half an inch lower than what they are, I would have been happy! The major problem was that these springs were the only option. There wasn't another option to get coil overs that were 1/2 an inch lower. I will never shop for something like this again online again! At the end of the day, I can't exchange them and there isn't a variety of coil over spring options regarding how low I wanted the car to sit. Mixed feelings!

Great Buy
Looks great. Nice and simple installation. Looks great after my car settled in the springs.

Springs
I really enjoyed the springs for the whole 2 hours I had the car with the springs installed. They were simple to install and gave my car a great stance. Unfortunately the night I finished putting them on someone totaled my car. Rip to the veloster.

Good So Far (About Two Months)
The ride has been very nice, with a little rubbing. I paired them with Gabriel struts and oversized tires (225/55/16) and they fill the wheel well perfectly while still able to turn full lock.

Didn't Lower
Put these on a 13' Fiesta SE hatch. The spring rate's okay but didn't lower the car at all; if anything the rear springs make the car pitch forward a bit too much which makes steering feel antsy. But, I have polyurethane sway bar bushings so that is having some effect in conjunction. The front springs aren't quite shaped to fit the seat of the struts but that hasn't seemed to be too much of an issue. After a thousand or so miles I put the previous rear springs back on.
