Warranty

Limited Warranty

MasterCraft Race Products warrants to the original purchaser that all products purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the purchase date. MasterCraft will repair or replace at its option any parts found defective within the limited warranty period. This warranty does not cover products subjected to accidents, negligence, alterations, abuse, or improper installation.

Safety Warning

No warranty or representation is made to these products' ability to protect the user from injury or death. Be advised that automobile racing and other forms of motorsport are dangerous and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stress involved. The user assumes that risk and all responsibilities.

Custom made products, such as, but not limited to: custom suits, suits with alterations, suits with added embroidery, dye sublimated shirts, custom window nets, custom seating, and products ordered with options, etc... are not eligible for return. Restraints and limit straps are not eligible for return. Clearance and closeout products are not eligible for return.

Products that have been installed, modified, or have missing parts are not eligible for return.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Unused Slides

Wanted slides to attached to pivoting brackets. Did not open because pivots were not as described.
