LIMITED WARRANTY

Lunati® LLC warrants its new performance products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

Lunati® LLC warrants its camshafts to be free from defects in material and workmanship and is guaranteed for 90 days against excessive lobe wear, provided the complete Lunati® LLC camshaft kit is purchased with the camshaft, and properly installed.

The Lunati® LLC limited warranty specifically does not apply to products which have been (a) modified or altered in any way; (b) subjected to adverse conditions such as misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or adjustment, dirt or other contaminants, water, corrosion or faulty repair; (c) used in other than those applications recommended by Lunati® LLC. Lunati® LLC also does not warrant, and disclaims all liability for products used in racing activities and/or applications other than those specifically recommended in the current Lunati® LLC catalog.

This Lunati® LLC limited warranty is extended to the original consumer only. This limited warranty is not assignable or otherwise transferable. There are no warranties express or implied beyond this limited warranty.

In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, the responsibility of Lunati® LLC is strictly limited to either repair or replace the defective product. Lunati® LLC has no other obligation, express or implied. Final warranty determination will be at the sole discretion of Lunati® LLC shall not be responsible for (a) actual or alleged labor, transportation or other incidental charges, or (b) actual or alleged consequential or other damages incurred by use of any product of Lunati® LLC.

LIMITED CRANKSHAFT GUARANTEE

Lunati® LLC warrants all Professional Series Crankshafts, within specification listed herein, against breakage for a period of one year from date of purchase. The obligation of Lunati® LLC under the terms of this warranty is limited to the replacement of the broken crankshaft only. No other parts, conditions or labor are covered by or included in this warranty.

Warranty is restricted to crankshaft installations in non-supercharged, or naturally aspirated, applications. Strokes are limited to 3.750” – 4.500” on big block Chevrolet engines and 3.000” – 3.750” on small block Chevrolet engines. The crankshaft must be balanced by Lunati® LLC to be eligible for warranty.

This Limited Warranty sets forth specific legal rights. The consumer may have other rights as a result of variations in state laws or provincial laws.

This Limited Warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More
