Nice
Pretty easy to install and hook up. The actual fog lights plug straight into the factory plug but the halos I ended up having to put on a separate toggle switch which was wired to the battery. This way I can turn them on and off at my leisure. Unfortunately the instructions are very generic but youtube tutorials should be able to get you where you need to go. On the Forester, I did notice there is a small gap between the new fog lights and the chrome bezel. Not really a big deal as these do fit very securely in the factory mounts. I've had these on for about a month now and I have absolutely no complaints.

Looks Great!
They were easy to install on my 2007 GMC Sierra! I wired them to my running lights the halo rings are on when lights are on, to turn on the fog light I just press fog light button inside the truck.

Bright Buttt
Easy to install but the little plastic nut that are sent with the lights that hold the aim screws are very cheap and can’t hold up to the force of the spring when properly tightened down, I just used some old bolts laying around and a lock nut to aim the lights up a tad bit. Other than that they are very bright.

Not Impressed
First off the lights came with no instructions/wiring diagrams. I like the actual lights but had to throw out the harness it came with. The wires simply slipped out of the plugs with ease and pretty much left them useless. I had to splice new plugs on to be able to use the lights.

Great Fog Lights (1 Year Update)
Fog lights came in with no issues, fast shipping time. Fog lights them self very bright. The Halo ring running lights them self are a nice white and very bright, they could be fog lights them self. I used a yellow bulb for the main fog light and it puts out a good beam of light, very manageable. Easy to install.

This Is Not for Your BMW X5 F15.
I bought the fog lights because they were compatible for my BMW X5 F15 (2014). However, after purchased the items I was told the items are universal and not vehicle specific. If the items are not vehicle specific CARID should not give the customer an option to select the product. This is very misleading. Also, in the email CARID mentioned if the reason for return is not a result of CARID error, the cost of initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. And a prepaid shipping label will not be provided. I keep the product and hoping one day I will find a mechanic to help me. Unfortunately, I was told this is impossible. Because the fog lights would not be able to secure to the car due to a different configurations and screws placements. I wonder if you could suggest a good solution.

No Complaints So Far!
I ordered these fog lights, because I wanted black housing instead the OEM chrome. They were easy to install and look great. I haven't noticed any shaking or vibration noises, and I've had them installed for almost a month. The most impressive thing about these fog lights is that they are super bright! I huge upgrade over my OEM fog lights.
