Clutch Kit by LuK®. LuK offers forks for popular applications and a complete line of cables for import and domestic vehicle applications. Forks are vulnerable to contact point wear, and binding or frayed cables can cause release and hard pedal problems. Replace the fork if wear is visible. LuK recommends replacing the cable with each clutch change.
LuK manufactures pipe systems for transporting fluids between the master and slave cylinder. These lines are manufactured from steel lines and rubber hoses or supplied as extruded plastic tubing, depending on the requirements involved. Lines are optimized very early on in the development phase in terms of their static behavior (pedal and release travel characteristics) and dynamic behavior (pedal return speed in cold conditions, pedal vibration) using computer simulation techniques.
All lines are supplied with quick-release connectors made of plastic. They can also be optionally supplied with chafing protection, additional thermal protection or integrated fixing clips.
