Lightweight composite van floor designed for electric vehicles (53% lighter than our StabiliGrip and standard coated plywood floors). No-drill-into-chassis fasteners come so shelving and d-rings can be fastened directly into the EVOLVE floor of your Van, and the floor holds it without drilling into the chassis. A new core design makes EVOLVE perfect for EV’s, already providing protection in electric last-mile delivery fleets. This lightweight floor has minimal effect on range and payload, while protecting the batteries under the floor. Comes with no-drill floor fastener kit. Prevents drilling into EV chassis. This is a flooring hardware system that makes it simple for shelving to be drilled and fastened into the EVOLVE floor without penetrating the chassis floor. EVOLVE is a truly sustainable product, crafted with over 75% recycled material, while production scraps are re-purposed into other van protection products.

    Product Still Could Be Installed and Easy to Do So, but I Was Expecting a Nicer Finish and Fit
    Based on the higher cost, I expected more effort in the finish and fit of this product. The rear door sill protector is not as shown in the picture and does not have the cutouts. Screws are not counter sunk, so they sit proud on the metal that presents a potential snag in loading. Product was not the same width as OEM. Product still could be installed and was easy to do so, I was just expecting a nicer finish and fit.

    Don't Waste Your-Buy This!!
    I am a do it yourself type person. I thought I would make my own van interior package. Don't waste your time! This package is amazing!! The fit is perfect. They thought of everything. Goes right in with no problems. All the holes are perfectly pre-drilled to the holes in the van. You put the panel up and push in the "clips" and your're done. You can do yourself except for the ceiling. The plastic honeycomb panels are better than the Ford original ones plus the insulation is excellent. You can't make anything this good! You could make your own hokey interior in about 5-8 hours but it will never be this good and easy! Great Job Legend Fleet!
