Front and Rear Coilover Spring Lowering Kit with 0.6"-1.2" Front and 0.2"-0.8" Rear Body Drop by KW Suspensions®. Quantity: Sold as a Kit. This is a set of shorter springs for lowering ride height when electronic damper controls are equipped from the factory. Springs do not require factory electronic dampening to be deactivated, so various potholes, ruts, and other road hazards are addressed in an optimal fashion so your ride and steering remain comfortable and stable.
Installation
The KW Height Adjustable System (or "sleeve coilover kit") will give you the benefits of coilovers such as a lowered stance and improved handling while retaining your OEM factory shocks, even if they are electronically dampened/controlled. Adjustable spring seats allow height to be fine-tuned by hand, and a high-quality elastomer synthetic compression buffer serves as an additional cushioning pad. Integrated dust caps ensures grit and the elements do not reach inner valve areas. The coil springs are constructed with a multi-level tempering process that includes an annealing stage which heats the metal, then allows it to cool slowly in order to remove internal stresses and increase strength. Metal is then shot blasted to remove surface imperfections and coated with a durable outer finish to minimize vibrations and resist corrosion.
