Airtech™ Air Suspension System by KSport®. Ksport Airtech air struts are crafted from high quality metals and rubber compounds to offer the strength you need for heavy-duty use with superior resistance against becoming compromised from road contaminants. Because the rubber air bag component within an air strut assembly serves one of the most important functions during hard driving, careful consideration has gone into the development of the rubber compound material used. The rubber construction has been formulated without cost-cutting so the boots will remain supple and flexible to work effectively – without drying out, cracking, and crumbling the way cheaper grades of rubber can. Aircraft grade aluminum and heavy gauge steel with powdercoat finish provide corrosion-resistant strength and rigidity. Because stronger construction resists the flex and sudden distortion over hard bumps that causes air bag components to become compromised, you’ll see a longer life span from Airtech Air Struts

Wide Range of Height Adjustability
The Airtech Air Suspension Front and Rear Air Struts offer height adjustment ranging 0 to 120/200mm depending on the vehicle. Set stock ride height for comfortable driving or lower 4.7 – 7.8 inches when you prefer to scrape the street.
36-Way Adjustable Damping
Ksport Airtech Air Suspension Kits offer 36 levels of damping which allow you to dial in your air suspension even further. Set damping softer (counterclockwise) or stiffer (clockwise) by simply inserting the included damping knob and turning it either way.
Adjustable Lower Mount
Like KSport coilover kits, the Air Suspension systems allow the option for further fine tuning of ride height at any psi with an adjustable lower mount. This allows you to get the perfect ride height at almost any psi that you are comfortable driving at.
High Pressure Air Bags
Air bags are engineered and designed to match your vehicle. Depending on the type of OEM suspension your vehicle has, sleeve type and double bellow type bags are available. Air pressure directly corresponds with how stiff or soft your car rides – higher psi results in a stiffer ride while lower psi results in a softer ride.
High Performance Shock Absorbers
All Ksport Air Suspension systems come with the same quality shocks that are standard in KSport best-selling Kontrol Pro Coilover kits. Air kit shocks have a different internal valving setting to accommodate changes in psi.
12 Month Limited Warranty
Airtech Air Suspension systems come standard with a 12-month warranty which covers manufacturer defects.

Set your air springs at stock ride height for comfortable everyday driving, or scrape the night street by dropping them 4.7 to 7.8 inches depending on vehicle application. Adjustable lower mounts allow height to be set further down at a point which does not compromise suspension travel. So it’s easy to cruise potholed streets at a lowered ride height without you, your suspension components, or sensitive vehicle electronics taking a pounding. For best value, choose the Airtech Basic Air Suspension kit which gives you 4 air springs, one Viair 380C compressor, a 5-gallon steel air tank, manual paddle valve controls that operate using air pressure, and a dual-needle pressure gauge for front and rear springs. For the enthusiast that prefers simplicity, Basic kits feature no electronics. The Airtech Deluxe Air Suspension System kit adds a Viair 380C air compressor for faster tank filling, a remote control, electric up/down switches, and an electronic receiver box for the remote. Both Basic and Deluxe kits can lift your vehicle from the lowest ride height position to the highest in 4 to 7 seconds depending on vehicle weight and application.
For those seeking faster response and high-tech digital features, Pro, Pro Plus, and Executive kits provide them. Faster response comes through wider air fittings that allow ride height to increase from minimum to maximum in only 2-5 seconds. While the Deluxe kit 50-foot remote features simple up and down buttons, Pro and above kit remotes offer a higher level of function with a color digital screen that displays tank and spring pressures. With 4 memory settings for air spring pressure and height preferences, Pro and above kits make it easy to create your own favorite positions for towing, maximum ride comfort, or low-to-the-ground performance.
Pro and Pro Plus kits offer automatic load leveling that operates solely on the monitoring and adjustment of air spring pressure. Executive kits add ride height sensors on each corner of the vehicle for more precise control. Basic, Deluxe, and Pro kits feature paired operation of your left- and right-side springs in the front and rear, while Pro Plus and above kits add independent control of each individual air spring. On Pro, Pro Plus, and Executive kits, the remote can be charged with either the included car charger or any standard mini USB. KSport proudly backs all components against failure due to manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
