Warranty

Kraze warrants to the original purchaser that all its products will be free from structural, manufacturing and material defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. The proof of purchase (dated invoice or bill of sale) with the purchaser’s name, will be evidence of the proof of ownership. This warranty is valid only for the benefit of the original purchaser.

Kraze warrants to the original owner that the factory chrome finish will be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only peeling and chrome separation from the wheel. All wheels should be kept clean and free of brake dust, road salts, deicing chemicals, rust and any foreign matter that may deteriorate the chrome finish. Curb damage, rock damage, and pitting due to improper care are not covered under the warranty.

Kraze’s sole and exclusive obligation under this warranty shall be to replace, at its discretion, without charge, any wheel which is returned. Upon inspection, if said wheel shows that it failed in normal use and service, due to defects in material and/or workmanship, said wheel will be replaced at no charge. Kraze is not liable for mounting, balancing or installation. The warranty does not cover road hazards such as pothole accidents, impacts, etc. There is no warranty on the chrome due to neglect and damage from cleaners.

This is a limited warranty, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, the only warranty, expressed or implied, given by Kraze, is the warranty specifically set forth herein. There is no other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a popular purpose and no expressed or implied warranty. The company neither assumes nor authorizes any dealer, representative, person or entity to assume for it an obligation or liability in connection with its products, uses or applications. Kraze further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligations to replace or change products manufactured prior hereto. Any warranty is limited to one (1) year on chrome and lifetime structural from the date of purchase to the original owner.
Kraze will not be responsible for any damage or loss caused by delay, failure or any consequent damage regardless of cause.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

The warranty is void if:

The product is damaged in transit, misuse, accident, negligence, or has been altered or repaired by anyone other than Kraze.
The product has changes, repairs or modifications made by anyone other than Kraze.
The product is misused in conjunction with adapters, hardware, etc. other than those offered by Kraze.
The product that has been subject to corrosion of the finish caused by neglect, caustic chemicals, harsh car washes, road salts, deicing agents, brake dust and/or improper care.
An original sales receipt for verification shows date purchased and original owner’s name, if not produced.
The warranty is not transferable.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:
