Product Details

Hyper Core Series™ 1" Aluminum Racing Radiator by Koyorad®. Koyorad is proud to introduce a high-performance aluminum radiator. This all-aluminum and TIG welded performance radiator will directly replace the aged plastic tank factory radiators for improved performance and durability. The vehicle’s heat capacity and endurance will increase with Koyorad's 1" thick, high-density Hyper core which offers over a 50% increase in thickness over the OEM radiator. OEM mounting provisions have been retained for an easy installation to be used with factory fans and will accept the OEM radiator hoses and AC condenser requiring no modifications. Koyorad’s advanced engineering and design methods, impeccable TIG welds, proficient furnace brazing techniques and triple pressure testing for quality have earned their excellent reputation in performance cooling worldwide.

Warranty

Subject to the obligations and exclusions below, Koyo Cooling Systems, Inc. (Koyo) warrants that the Koyo-brand OEM replacement radiators (the Products) will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 18 months from the date of sale of the Product to a Koyo authorized supplier in the United States. Koyo will, at its sole absolute discretion, either repair or replace a Product with a new or rebuilt Product (which Product may include new and/or reconditioned parts) if found by Koyo to be defective in material or workmanship. All replaced or refunded parts will become the property of Koyo.

Obligations
In order to obtain warranty service, you must deliver the Product, together with the original dated sales receipt describing the Product, to and pick it up from a Koyo authorized service center within the warranty period at your expense.

Exclusions
This limited warranty is not transferable to any third party, including but not limited to any subsequent purchaser or owner of the Product. This limited warranty does not cover, and is void with respect to: (i) improper installation, storage, repair, maintenance, modification, defects or failures due to misuse, neglect, negligence, abuse, accident, physical damage, improper handling or shipping, abnormal operation or operation contrary to furnished instructions or warnings, exposure to fire, water, excessive moisture or dampness, or any substance inside or outside the operating system, or extreme changes in climate or temperature; (ii) cosmetic damage; (iii) Products on which serial numbers have been removed, altered or rendered illegible; (iv) cost of installation, removal or reinstallation; or (v) damage resulting from fire, flood, or other acts of God or other acts which are not the fault of Koyo.

KOYO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, GENERAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS ARISING OUT OF USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT. REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AS PROVIDED UNDER THE WARRANTY, IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KOYO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, BUT NO LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Koyorad All Aluminum Racing Radiators are not covered under this limited warranty.

Great Radiator

Fairly simple install in 07 4Runner. Excellent fit. The box came heavily damaged, but the radiator itself was okay. No leaks.

Koyorad 2375 Radiator

So far so good. I installed the radiator over two weeks ago. No problems, good fit for my car. It is awkward that the box it came in was labelled with TYC rather Koyorad.

So Far, So Good

I was very satisfied with the radiator. Fit was perfect and price was great. No surprises. The products was as good as the OEM one and at a fraction of the price.

Easy

This radiator has the exact same dimensions as the NipponDenso rad I took out of my '94 Accord. Everything was a direct replacement, hoses for trans cooler and engine coolant fit perfectly without any adjustment. Nuts for the fan shrouds were exactly where they should have been, though I had to recycle my old rusty bolts. TYC included a cap and petcock, which not all aftermarket rads include. Saved quite a lot by replacing it myself. The job took around 3 hours, which included me fighting with some totally rusted-out/rounded off bolts to get the old one off.
