Truck Racks – Van Racks – SUV Racks – Truck Ladder Racks – Manufacturer Warranty Kargo Master Inc. extends to the original purchaser of this Kargo Master product.

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY: If your product cracks, bends, buckles, or structurally fails in any way, Kargo Master, at its option and expense, will either replace or repair the product.

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazards, impairment from accidents, and/or overloading above the stated rack capacity. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs made outside the factory without factory authorization. Any alterations to this product renders these warranties null and void.

LIMITED WARRANTY: This frame warranty contains all of the terms of the warranty being provided in connection with Kargo Master products. No person is authorized to make any changes or additions to the terms set forth herein unless they are set forth in writing and signed by an officer of the Company. All other express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. If the Kargo Master product failure is covered by the Frame Warranty, the Company’s sole obligation shall be replacement or repair of the Kargo Master product described above. In no event will the company be liable or responsible to the purchaser, employees or agents of the purchaser, family members or other users for any damages other than the cost to replace or repair the Kargo Master product as described above. Kargo Master® - Wire Mesh Partition

After installing, the cage is not super sturdy. Seems like there should be side supports. Also the hardware for the bottom mounting wasnt long enough. I had to go and buy longer bolts. The directions descriptions of the hardware do not match the pictures of the hardware, so it makes it a bit confusing especially since these are packaged as a one shipment fits all vehicles type thing. So you have LOTS of hardware and metal pieces left over. I wouldn't recommend this again.

Great Item!

Kargo Master® - Perforated Partition Panel Kit

This bulkhead came in great shape. Delivery was quick too. All the pieces themselves were very solid and once you completed the easy construction it was a very solid piece to go in the van. The fit was perfect in the Ford Transit Connect and very happy that I ordered this one. Now I feel a lot safer from shifting cargo.
