LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY: If your product cracks, bends, buckles, or structurally fails in any way, Kargo Master, at its option and expense, will either replace or repair the product.

EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover shipping damage, product misuse, improper installation, road hazards, impairment from accidents, and/or overloading above the stated rack capacity. This warranty does not cover the cost of repairs made outside the factory without factory authorization. Any alterations to this product renders these warranties null and void.

LIMITED WARRANTY: This frame warranty contains all of the terms of the warranty being provided in connection with Kargo Master products. No person is authorized to make any changes or additions to the terms set forth herein unless they are set forth in writing and signed by an officer of the Company. All other express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. If the Kargo Master product failure is covered by the Frame Warranty, the Company’s sole obligation shall be replacement or repair of the Kargo Master product described above. In no event will the company be liable or responsible to the purchaser, employees or agents of the purchaser, family members or other users for any damages other than the cost to replace or repair the Kargo Master product as described above. Heavy Duty, Works Well

I went with this rack after a lot of research and it's been great. Easy to operate, holds my ladders tight and no rattling when I'm driving. It's a heavy duty piece of gear.

Strong Rack, No Rattle

Put this on my 97 Savana work van, it's great. Holds tons of weight, no sagging. I haul ladders, pipe and lumber daily and this rack takes it all. No rattling even when fully loaded. Install was straight forward.

Made My Work Life Easier

This thing is built tough no doubt. Holds my ladders fine on my 2021 Promaster. No rattling or shifting. Took me and my buddy about 2 hours to get it mounted. Worth it tho 100%.

Perfect for My Business Needs

Does the Job, No Complaints

Needed something solid for my 2021 ram promaster and this rack works great. I've been using it for a few weeks and it's perfect. Was worried this arrive damaged but it showed up fast and in perfect condition. The packaging was secure.
