iPhone & Android Integration

iPhones and iPods, Android Smartphones and MP3 players, are exceptional devices, evidenced by all the people who eagerly anticipate the release of the latest model. Now you can enjoy all the music stored on your mobile device, as well listen to HD and satellite radio, from your car’s speakers. From simple adapter cables, to interfaces that allow you to control your device from your vehicle’s radio, we have the gear that will help you get connected.

Most mobile devices can be connected to USB ports, while most car stereos are set up for RCA cables. We have the auxiliary input adapter cable that will connect to your Apple or Android device and your car’s audio input. It converts the digital audio to analog audio for compatibility, so you can play music from the device on your car’s speakers. You can also connect the adapter to 12 volt accessory power to recharge your mobile device.

Another connection option is to use an FM modulator to play music from your mobile device through your vehicle’s stereo over a clear FM frequency. The adapter plugs into your device and the power input to your vehicle’s 12V outlet. Tune the transmitter to locate and lock-in the best frequencies for playback from your portable device, tune your car radio to the frequency shown on the digital display, and enjoy your music! Some units feature SD card input for an additional source of music, and some have a charging port so you can recharge your mobile device.

For the ultimate in connectivity, choose one of our interfaces. An interface allows you to enjoy music from your Apple or Android device, as well as audio upgrades like HD or satellite radio, without having to buy a whole new receiver. A typical interface will allow you to connect 2 devices at the same time, so you can connect an iPod or MP3 player and an HD radio or satellite radio tuner. With an interface you can maintain the original look and feel of your dash, and installation is much easier. Plus, in most applications all the original functions of your factory radio are retained.

The interfaces we offer provide digital quality audio for clear, static-free sound quality. And not only can you play music from your mobile device, it enables you to have control of the device using your radio, and if equipped, steering wheel audio controls. You can browse playlists, select tracks, and fast forward and rewind songs. When used with an HD radio tuner, you can move up and down through the stations, seek stations, switch between AM and FM, and store presets. With a satellite radio tuner you can use your radio to move up and down through channels, seek categories, and store preset channels.

Great Concept, Horrible Device
Falls apart, very cheap for $50. Can’t keep it connected to your phone or it will not reconnect. Can’t use steering wheel controls. Sound output is bad quality. 2014 Cadillac CTS
