Hyundai Santa Fe All-Weather Mats

Bought my first set approx. 12 years ago, since then have bought a couple more sets for different vehicles. The mats fit very nicely overall, but for this particular application (2020 Santa Fe) there is an open area behind the accelerator pedal. This will be a problem in the winter. Maybe there is a good reason for this, so I could be wrong. Further, the mate rial quality doesn't seem to be the same as my first set. They lose their sheen fairly quick, and even when using a dedicated floor mat cleaner and restorer it is very hard to keep that factory fresh look (and I do keep them very clean, don't let dirt or debris accumulate). Finally, the quality of the WT label is not the best, almost detaching from the mat. Labels aren't important to me, but this label is prominently placed and has a glossy surface with black, red and silver imprint. These mats haven't seen winter yet, so these issues will likely get worse. So, if you want mats to protect the floor, these will fulfill that purpose. But if looks are also important, you may be disappointed over time. This review is regarding the front mats only, although I bought mats for both the front and second row.
