Old, split, or cracked heater hoses are not able to properly cool your engine, which can cause it to overheat, leaving you by the wayside. The HPS Heater Hose is made to preserve your cooling system as it is built of multi-ply premium grade silicone and reinforced with top-quality polyester that eliminates the risk of component failure and enables higher pressure and temperature to be maintained with complete confidence. In addition, the part is sure to fit your vehicle perfectly as it has all the correct curves and bends; it is not a one-size-fits-all hose you can find at the local parts store that you have to fight with to install. Simply don't forget to not over tighten the clamps as they may break or damage the radiator plastic connector, which in its turn would eventually cause the coolant leak. Warranty

HPS Performance Products Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy HPS Performance Products (“HPS”) warrants its products under this lifetime limited warranty policy (“Warranty Policy”). This Warranty Policy applies solely to: HPS Products purchased directly from HPS or HPS authorized dealers (each a “HPS Product” and collectively, “HPS Products”) and the original purchaser of such HPS Product (“Purchaser”). The terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy are subject to change by HPS at any time without notice.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy, if it is determined by HPS that the HPS Product was not manufactured to HPS’s advertised specifications, HPS will, at its discretion: repair or replace Purchaser’s original HPS Product; replace Purchaser’s original HPS Product with the most current available model (if, for example, the original model of the product is not available).

HPS Accident Protection Plan With the exception of HPS products for Powersports, to which the HPS Accident Protection Plan does not apply, HPS will repair or replace a Purchaser’s original HPS Product that was damaged in an accident pursuant to the terms of this Warranty Policy (the “HPS Accident Protection Plan”). HPS is not responsible for any other damage to property or injury to persons involved in any accident.

Disclaimer of Warranties for Improper Installation, Use or Operation, etc. HPS strongly recommends that all HPS Products be installed by a trained professional. Any issues with compatibility or installation should be addressed by a trained professional before attempting to install any HPS Product. Any information or suggestions by HPS with respect to a HPS Product concerning application, specifications, or installation is provided solely for your convenient reference and are made without any representation as to accuracy or suitability. A trained professional must verify and test the suitability of any information with respect to a HPS Product for your specific use.

This Warranty Policy does not apply and HPS fully disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for any damages, including damages to HPS Products, or injury to persons, related to the improper installation, use, or operation of HPS Products, including but not limited to: the incorrect opening of radiator pressure caps, burst hoses, application or usage not intended by HPS, negligence, improper installation, and any other use that may cause damage or injury. HPS will not be responsible for injury or harm to persons or property when caused by persons or vehicles using HPS Products.

The Warranty Policy also does not cover damage to HPS Products caused by:

Purchaser’s non-compliance with HPS’s use guide, care guide, and/or instruction manual. Such failures include, but are not limited to, exposure to physical abuse, including, but not limited to chemical abuse;
improper storage, installation, handling, use and/or fabrication of the HPS Product;
damage that occurred while the HPS Product is in the customer’s possession (other than as allowed pursuant to the HPS Accident Protection Plan);
unreasonable or unintended use of Product and minor conditions such as stains, scratches, etc.

General Disclaimer of Warranties The warranties set forth herein are the only warranties made by HPS in connection with HPS products. HPS can not and does not make any implied or express warranties with respect to HPS products, and disclaims all other warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Products sold by HPS are sold only to the specifications specifically set forth by HPS in writing. Other than the limited warranty set forth herein, HPS makes no other warranties, express or implied. HPS’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be repair or replacement of nonconforming products as described herein, or at the option of HPS. Purchaser assumes all risk whatsoever as to the result of the use of HPS products purchased, whether used singularly or in combination with any other products or substances.
