HP Tuners stands behind the quality of its products. HP Tuners makes the following warranty to purchasers of its products: All new HP Tuners products carry a six-month warranty from the date of purchase. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, warranty will be determined by date of manufacture.

When Warranty Void

This warranty shall terminate and HP Tuners shall have no obligation pursuant to it if:

Your HP Tuners product has been modified or repaired in a manner not previously authorized by HP Tuners in writing
The identification markings on your HP Tuners product have been removed, defaced, or altered
Your HP Tuners product was subjected to accident, abuse, theft, or improper use
Your HP Tuners product was not used or configured as specified in the product manual
Your HP Tuners product was subjected to operating conditions more severe than those specified in the product manual or exposed to water and or extreme heat.

My New Tuner

What I liked is it came with USB cables, as should be, wide band inputs etc. I am proud it's American made and glad I can afford it. Sales rep told me with this tuner I can tune at least two vehicles and in some cases more! That's awesome, I'll be able to tune my wife's car simultaneously. About the CARiD service, it was great, I got what I needed, timely and hassle free. I appreciate it and love buying here.

Super Device

This is an absolutely necessary device nowadays. I was thinking of what brand to choose and stopped at HP Tuners. I absolutely love it: easy to use, friendly interface. Has lots and lots of functions, guys, not sure if I'll be using all of them. lol. It allows viewing, charting and logging of diagnostic data in real time via the vehicle OBDII diagnostic data port. It also allows viewing of vehicle Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC's) and other vehicle information. Buy it and you won't regret!

HP Tuners® 6012

It's pricey but it's worth it. The tuner came in beautifully packaged, carefully and substantially wrapped, special thanks to the delivery company. CARiD provides a comprehensive step-by-step manual available online, was really helpful! I didn't need to look for it elsewhere, but if you like YouTube video can be used. One more pros - made in USA. American people is very science man. American product is best. Thank you all.

Well Worth the $$

The tuner is pretty simple to use once you take in all the features it has. it is able to track a ton of things which is fantastic. It also has data logging which you cannot view in real time - but you do the ability to plug it into a laptop and see all the data from your drive when it was recording. Looks like it will help with diagnosing and tuning overall. I'm ecstatic with the product and it's more than what I thought! I wish it included a case to hold everything though.

Good Quality Easy To Use

The product is very powerful easy to use on ECM TCM give the engine a big difference in horse power and the transmission fast shift pressure and you can tune and control every single parameters read write ecm/tcm and you have access on all the sensors i like HPT and i really advice everyone to have it many thanks for HPT team for the good quality hardware and software and open the tuning worlds for beginner.
