5th Wheel Harness by Hopkins Towing®. Want to simplify the hookup of your gooseneck or 5th-wheel trailer? Tired of reaching those hard-to-get places while connecting them to your vehicle? Go with this highly reliable part and forget about all your previous difficulties. The harness plugs directly into the existing wiring system in no time flat.

Wiring for your trailer can be as simple as plugging in a premade harness to your truck's rear lights, totally brainless. If you aren't fortunate enough to have a truck that we have a t-harness for, well, you may have to splice some wires, no big deal. It seems there are a bewildering number of different trailer connection plugs, from simple flat 4- wire plugs to 7-blade plugs as big as an apple. We have adapters to let you plug almost any trailer into any truck that's wired for a trailer.

Does Not Mount to Touareg
When ordering, the description indicates it fits factory equipped towing package on a 2014 Touareg. It does not. The mounting holes aren't even close and there is no place to mount the alternative bracket that would allow the kit to be functional. Very Disappointed.

Overall Fit
This dose not fit a 2016 Chevy Silverado. I had to cut some metal away and drill new holes witch I had just enough metal to drill into to make it secure. There is still a little bit of a cap at the bottom but you have to look for it. Out side of that its great and works good.
