Factory Condition

Super Stoked.
Part was/is on backorder from Honda, wasn't very enthusiastic about ordering an aftermarket part because I'm used to them not holding bumpers on very well, but to my surprise the part that showed up was in Honda packaging, which made the whole transaction way better than I expected it to be.

Question:
Why does this part have multi numbers? It doesn't have colors under description. I know some are with and without foglights but there are more than 1 option for with and without fog lamps for each side..
