The Chevrolet Cruze is a compact vehicle that has enjoyed global appeal, and has been produced as a 4 door sedan, 5 door hatchback and 5 door station wagon. Different iterations of the vehicle include either a 1.4 liter turbocharged DOHC four-cylinder engine or a normally aspirated 1.8 liter engine, with 6 speed automatic or manual transmission. The front suspension of the Chevy Cruze uses a MacPherson strut design, whilst the rear is made up of two arms that are connected by a stamped-steel axle, Watts linkage, and shock absorber. Maintenance recommendations include brake fluid, oil, windshield, fluid and tire checks; all of which are detailed in Haynes Manuals Cruze 2011 - 2015 repair manual.
