GrimmSpeed1Grimm SpeedLLC (2) Year Warranty
Grimm SpeedLLC warrants this warranty to the original retail purchaser(“Purchaser”)of parts and whenoriginally installed willsubstantially conform to the product description and all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship within a 24month period from the date of manufacture and will perform in accordance with provided original operation instructions if properly installed, used and serviced on Purchaser’s vehicle.
Should a product become defectivewithin the warranty period, Purchaser shall submit the defective product to Grimm Speed, LLC with the sales receipt stating the defects and the circumstances under which the defect occurred in which case Grimm Speed, LLC will examine, and upon establishing purchasers validity claim, at its sole discretion repair the product, exchange, or refund the purchase price, which shall fully satisfy and discharge all warrant claims. Purchaser is responsiblefor all costsinvolved in sending defective product back to Grimm Speed, LLC.This warranty extends to only to the Product installed in such vehicle model as specified for the respective Products and does not extend to any Products:
- Which has been used or operated inconsistent with it’s intendeduse.
- Has not been properlyinstalled by a qualified licensed auto mechanic experienced in the installation of the Product(s), Grimm Speedholds sole discretion to warranty claims on those Product(s) not to exceed twenty-fourmonth limitation above.
- Which was modified or repaired by anyone other than Grimm Speed, LLC personnel.
- Damage because of misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or service. In addition, the forgoing warranty shall not apply to any components not manufactured by Grimm Speed, LLC.
THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN BY GRIMM SPEED, LLC WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT AND ITS RELATED ITEMS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHERWARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. GRIMM SPEED, LLC AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY SIMILAR STANDARD IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LEGISLATION. GRIMM SPEED, LLCRESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR, REPLACE, OR OFFER A REFUND FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND RELATED ITEMS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THESE WARRANTIESTO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LOCAL LAW, EXCEPT FOR THE OBLIGATIONS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRIMM SPEEDAND ITS VENDORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER GRIMM SPEEDOR THE VENDOR HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Manufacturers and users of motor vehicles incorporating the Grimm Speedproducts should at all times take necessary precautions against damage to persons or property resulting from malfunction of the products.
All defective parts, assemblies, and products become the property of Grimm Speed, LLC. Grimm Speed, LLCmay require the return of parts, assemblies and products.
