Product Details

Guardian™ Shock Absorber by Gabriel®. Whether it’s a casual cruise over paved asphalt or a long drive on a rugged country road, Gabriel® Guardian™ shocks provide high-quality comfort and stable performance under all operating conditions.

Gabriel Guardian™ shocks are the replacement shocks you can count on to get you from point A to point B without any surprises. Guardian™ 9-stage valving is tuned specifically for your vehicle’s application and a high-pressure nitrogen gas charge resists compression and aids in rebounding to keep your tires in constant contact with the road. The pressure also reduces fluid foaming that causes faulty damping and fade, ensuring you get superior handling, stability and control, without the loss of highway driving comfort.

Guardian™ shocks deliver new car-like performance at a value price. But unlike other companies, Gabriel uses a super-finished chromed piston rod on all of brand's products, not just on the “premium” ones. So even though it’s a value price, you know you’re getting superior corrosion protection, long-lasting durability and the highest quality with Gabriel Guardian™ shocks. It’s the right thing to do, and what you would expect from the company that designed the first automotive shock absorber in 1907 – the Original Gabriel.

Nice Shocks
Needed some new shocks and these fit the bill. Haven't had the chance to install but seems to be a nice product for the money.

Shocks
Gabriel shocks fit without any problems. Just putting them on, and ride. My car has a firmer ride now. Best shocks for the price.

Received Parts
Received parts before tracking info was sent to my e-mail or update on site that parts shipped so was lost (for about 3 hours wondering why my parts have not shipped) then parts were delivered after contacting support about 3 hours this was kind of a surprise and unexpected .

Works Well
Gabriel's are cheaper shocks that works. Everything fitted just like OE shocks but don't ride like stock. These are stiffer. I hope that will buy rear shocks also.

Better Than Air Ride?
Quoted $1500 for air ride to fix my sag when fully packed out. Came across these for 10% the price and they actually work extremely well! If you’re on the fence; jump the fence and buy these! You won’t regret it.

Good Shock With Versatility.
Nice handling shock. Very helpful to be able to adjust the load handling and/or ride height. I installed the airline's filler fitting in the rear hatch's covered space, just above the left taillight where it's convenient. However, one big bump (with about 40# PSI in the shocks) caused the airline to blow a hole. It was repairable, but perhaps using larger/tougher air lines is advisable.
