Focus Auto are made from high impact ABS co-extruded with an acrylic top layer for a superior appearance. ABS is the durable material used in pickup box liners, running boards and tailgate protectors. Acrylic is the material in your taillights and headlights and provides a surface finish that will never fade, discolor or get chalky looking.

Focus Auto have a textured finish surface and a satin sheen, so they have the high quality appearance of your dash, console and door panels, with the toughness of your running boards. Even if your truck doesn’t have fender flares, the Focus Auto looks rugged and suits almost every truck.

Smooth Focus Auto are also perfect for painting. The acrylic top layer (and the ABS underneath) are both perfect substrates for painting. Since they are smooth, they require minimal preparation before painting. If you wish to paint them, Focus Auto recommend you follow all the instructions provided by the paint manufacturer or have a professional paint them for you.

Keeps those annoying bugs and damaging rock chips off my vehicle
This hood protector looks awesome and does the job of deflecting bugs and debris perfectly. My windshield looks cleaner now and the hood is free of dings. Made of acrylic material so it’s strong and lightweight, and has an attractive finish that adds style. Installation was a piece of cake. It has a vehicle-specific design so it hugged the contours of my Ford F-150 right and fit without mods. Came with the necessary mounting hardware. So, this is a handy purchase both for enhancing functionality and adding a more aggressive look to the exterior.

Beautiful High Quality-great Fit And Design Except...
So last night, 29 December 2021 we were on the highway going about 70 and the right side of the hood guard let go and flapped up over the top of the hood. Unfortunately it cracked at the bend. The fault was NOT due to anything except the 3M adhesive failing on one of the mounting plates. The guard has been on over six months. I love the product and I am ordering a replacement. I feel bad leaving three rather than five stars. Stuff happens and I have used the 3M product for years and have never had anything come off.

Raptor Bad Fit
These visors look awesome, but quite the opposite regarding fitment. I have a 2017 Raptor and these were returned as the front doesn't mold to the mirror and the rear of the front set is open so wind, dirt, etc comes in. I would give the texture and bolt-on look a 10, but the fit a 0. Too bad...re-engineer them Tough guard and I will try again. Great customer service after trying/returning 2 sets.

Beautiful Design & Execution
After a large acorn put a huge dent in my hood (I live in the mountains) I started looking for a hood guard that would fit the "Power Dome" hood on my 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep. I was unable to find one on Amazon, Quadratec, etc. I had almost given up and I found this one. It is a fantastic solution and looks badass. The design and execution is excellent as is the quality. Now for the caveat. I am an accomplished mechanic and have built and restored cars and motorcycles. If you are a novice I do not recommend you buy this guard unless you are prepared to leave a pile of your hair on the garage floor after pulling it out. There are two install options included in the parts bag, one for "Power Dome" and one for standard hood with the associated bits for both. The instructions are akin to trying to translate the Rosetta stone. Even if you are experienced at install, TAKE YOUR TIME. I used Blue Tape to set and adjust the adhesive mounts for two hours before I was confident enough to pull the mounting tape strips and set the mounts. (They give you an extra mount if you bollocks one up). Hopefully this review will be helpful.
