Great Service and Rack and Pinion
My car has 205/65/15's on the front, it's not as easy to steer as I thought it would be, but I'll manage. I'm really happy to have one less accessory in the engine bay as it makes the car that much easier to work on. I am also very happy with the customer service, the first rack came in with a defect, CARiD quickly sent another one out and took the other one back without any additional shipping/restocking charges to myself. When I got the car aligned I was very curious if the technician was going to say anything negative about the rack, the outer tie rods, the rack busings etc. the tech had nothing bad to say, he dialed in the alignment, and sent me on my way. It's been on the road for about a month now and I have no complaints. Great Service and Rack and Pinion.
