Right on my way of full renewal of my Impala. This is the 6th purchase on CARiD and guess what? I’m happy again. Customer service was with me from time of ordering till testing all that stuff on my car. I can describe all benefits of this kit with in a very long way but long story short just take any paragraph and I will say “It’s A+”.

Tried to install by myself and had some issues with electrical connectors. My Mercury's system is not in very good condition. Thanks to customer service for some good advices that helped me mount it. What about kit itself I’m satisfied with it. It starts without any issues and performance is right on the money. I’m really pleased with the result. Thank you.

I purchased this couple weeks ago and it looks nice. I have read a lot of reviews and was surprised by so little attention to this kit on CARiD. To describe it step-by-step will start from the beginning. First of all, this kit came to me in a very good condition. Some minor dents on the box but part itself is good. Packaged carefully so if something would break by the arrival it’s not manufactures or CARiD’s fault (you know how shipping companies could work, some of them just don give a sh*t to your packages). Quality is great. Every part of this kit looks and feels solid and on its place. Price is ok. Even if I would find this one somewhere else with a lower price I can do price match with you guys. That’s a great option for your customers. And what about appearance, it’s not a styling part so don’t even know what to say. Check my quality mark above. Overall good.

I’m totally satisfied with FiTech. Work in body shop for 15 years and I’m always sceptic to new companies and their products but my cust decided to choose FiTech by CARiD’s rep advise. Well what I can say these guys were right. Kit was complete and installation was easy for me. All parts are on it’s place and would be there for a very long time I believe.
