Warranty

First Equipment Quality warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 24 months or 24,000 miles. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, First Equipment Quality will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. First Equipment Quality reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Perfect Upper and Lower Ball Joints

These ball joints are better then OEM. These ball joints were an ease to put in with the right press and following the correct procedure. Lower goes in first, just saying. The 99' Range Rover now has a complete rebuilt front end suspension. With these ball joints that would not have been possible. CS was off the hook, they knew what they were talking about and shipped the product overnight at my request. If you need to do the job right then these Ball Joints are what it's going to take. Excellent price! It's now a please to drive the Rover again.
