Warranty

Any FireStik® product that fails due to defects in workmanship and/or materials will be repaired or replaced, at the discretion of the manufacturer. Warranty periods are as follows.

Antennas, fiberglass - 5 years from the date of purchase

Applies to FireStik, FireStik II, Firefly, RoadPal, and all other fiberglass antennas.

Accessories, stainless steel - 2 years from the date of purchase

Applies to all stainless steel antenna mounts and accessories.

All other items - 1 year from the date of purchase

Applies to wire whip antennas, non-stainless steel mounts and accessories, coaxial cables, speakers.

Exemptions

Damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence (i.e. hitting overhead objects, improper installation) are considered to be avoidable circumstances and, therefore, are not covered by this warranty.
