I had a great experience buying the brake line for my 2000 Chevy Blazer. Excellent fit and just like they said. Will definitely purchase the rest of lines after seeing the quality. Thanks again.

The brake lines arrived in perfect condition and you could tell that you were holding a quality part. The installation was easy but a pain in the bu*t, the brake line is above three other lines (fuel) and fit into factory clips (make sure you wear safety glasses, even then I still got crap in my eyes). Then the fun is under the hood. Getting the old lines out and putting the new ones on was tight, I don't have small arms so had to remove the air cleaner for better access, but this something that you shouldn't ever have to do again because of the lines being stainless steel and having all the correct bends already done for you. Pricewise they seem a bit expensive, but if you put value on your time they are worth it, just doing all the correct bends would be a pain. You could do it on the cheap and just run a line from the ABS pump to the rear, but to make sure it does not rub anything or get kinked will be on your mind and your life is way worth it knowing it was done right.

Lines went where they were supposed to but in the description you should tell that it does not come with the couplings to connect the lines together.

Perfect Fit Brake Lines-80’ Firebird
Fine Lines® FIN7801OM - Steel Intermediate Brake Line
Needed to replace the rear brake lines on my 1980 Turbo Trans AM (4 wheel disc) I am the original owner and it’s a low mileage car so I 100% sure they are original lines. Had to loosen the inner fender well to remove the old line (there is a clip/bolt behind it). The original line had some odd bends between the master cylinder and fenderwell that the new one didn’t have, I was concerned at first but went ahead and attempted the installation without trying to bend it to match the old, the new one actually fit better! Looks better too. Other than removing the “soft” bend (to make it fit in box for shipping) they fit without modifications or additional bending. I also ordered the rear line (across the differential) and they went in perfectly. Project went very smooth - also replaced the rubber flex hose, calipers/pads/rotors.

Line appear to be of good quality and bent to match original line. Went into the vehicle with little trouble and connection made with no trouble. Ford could do with a better place to run the line other than behind the fuel tank, but that is another story.

It was a bit trying to get the one line in by the mastercylinder, nut with a little patience I got it. It's good it came in two pieces, big help. All fittings were correct but had to tweek some bends, it was not a big deal the part I ordered fit like it should. I would order again. Thanks.
