The latter is a small city car manufactured till the present. It is available in a multitude of versions, with overall production volume exceeding 1.5 million units. The model employs breakthrough front-wheel drive layout, which was developed by Dante Giacosa in 1964 and eventually became the industry's standard. The vehicle is dynamic and fashionable, whereas its retro design pays tribute to the iconic Nuova 500.
