FIAMM Car & Truck Horns

Founded in Italy back in 1942, Fiamm was originally engaged in the production of automotive batteries. By the 1970s, the enterprise had achieved considerable success in this field; its assortment was enlarged with batteries for motorcycles and trucks, and the company became an OEM supplier for many European automakers. Today, it's a large group also known as Elettra 1938 that owns several factories and has numerous commercial and technical branches all over the world. It still makes batteries along with complex energy storage systems, with a separate division called Fiamm Components Accessories (FCA) that manufactures acoustic devices for the automotive and marine markets.

In the United States, the company is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and offers a wide range of horns for cars, trucks, commercial vehicles, and other kinds of transport. Fiamm horns are available in several types including electromagnetic, electropneumatic, electronic, and air models. Particularly, the El Grande model includes two electromagnetic horns providing 110 dB of loud, harmonious sound. They come with stylish chrome grills and red caps and, like many other horns by this brand, feature a steel housing whose resistance to corrosion is proven by salt spray tests.

Besides, you can choose a model from the disc series that also features perfect corrosion resistance and can provide somewhat higher loudness. The sound is created by an aluminum tone disc (hence the name), and such horns are used not only in cars but also in industrial vehicles such as forklifts and diggers. Stylish electropneumatic trumpets are also offered by the company; available in different finishes, they are suitable for cars, trucks, and SUVs. Such a kit includes a maintenance-free 12V compressor and relay, among other components. In our online store, you can select from various Fiamm car horns and related parts – air valves, relays, wiring kits, etc.

Great Marine Horn
I have had 12 volt electric horns on my boats for over 40 years and these Fiamm Trumpet Horns are the first ones to really hold up. I purchased a boat in 2016 with these horns and they are still loud and in perfect working order. I have two more boats purchased in 2017 & 2018, all horns work great.
