All implied warranties including all warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and other obligations or liabilities are hereby disclaimed. No representations have been made to the buyer regarding Ferrea products including, but not limited to, any representation as to their quality or performance. The sole obligation of Ferrea Racing Components (Horacio O. Ferrea N.A.D., Inc.) shall be limited only to the products to be found defective, in either workmanship or material, after the inspection performed by the company.

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and only covers the replacement or repair of the product at Ferrea’s election. The company shall not be responsible for any damage caused by defects or failure of these parts. The company shall not be responsible for any consequential damage arising from any cause whatsoever, nor for labor, transportation or any other related incurred costs due to the replacement or repair of the defective products.
