Emergency Mini Light Bars

Browse by Vehicle

When you're on the way to an emergency situation, it is crucial to be noticeable from far away by other motorists. For this reason, your vehicle is equipped with emergency and warning lights, which light output has a direct impact on the distance you're visible at. In view of this, a full-size light bar with its high light intensity seems to be the best option to use. However, it usually takes much room and cannot be quickly swapped between vehicles if needed. So, if you want to maintain high visibility, yet need a more versatile solution, the second best option is a mini light bar.

A mini light bar is a great versatile product suitable for just about any application. It floods a wide area with bright light, which makes it ideal for police cars, fire trucks, tow trucks, and different construction vehicles. Thanks to its compact design, a mini light bar can be installed on almost any car or truck both for permanent and temporary use. The latter one makes a mini light bar especially useful for officers and volunteers who work undercover because it allows them to stay undetected, while letting them switch to an emergency mode in less than no time.

Unlike full size light bars, which in nine out of ten cases can be installed on a roof only, their smaller brothers can be used both inside and outside a vehicle. Along with mini light bars designed for exterior or interior use only, there are plenty of universal options that deliver the best of both worlds at the same time. Such mini light bars usually come with a cigarette lighter power plug, on/off switch, and a long cord, so you can put them anywhere you want. As well as mini light bars designed for exterior use and roof-mounted lights, they are properly sealed and protected against the elements. Many of them can also be positioned at different angles as well as raised up and down to ensure optimal light distribution and excellent visibility.

Today's emergency vehicles have huge electrical demands for different body control functions and the powertrain, which is why they cannot spare much of the alternator output for emergency and warning lights. This would be a real problem if most emergency lights, including mini light bars, were not LED as they're many years ago. LED technology has revolutionized the emergency and warning lights, allowing for high light output with low power consumption. LED mini light bars are not only extremely bright and power-efficient, but also last significantly longer than any halogen lamps. In addition, they are much cooler than any other type of lights because almost 100% of the power they consume is transformed into light and not into heat, which also makes them safer for the user.

My Regards
Don’t know what to say. Very regular and straight appearance so if you will look at the price you may think that it doesn’t worth your money. The point of this is quality. Highest level. No gaps, no odd sounds, qualitative material. When it came box had some dents, but bar is in perfect condition. Great installation option – magnet mount and vinyl pads under bar helps to avoid any scratches on cars surface. Would recommend.

Ordered bunch of these for our dept. I work in rescue service so first of all we need good brightness and high quality. These are exactly what we were looking for. Powerful bulbs plus clear lens makes it shine very and very bright even on foggy daytime. Material seems to be solid and high quality, it feels really expansive, but cost is pretty regular. Good choice.
