Sport Utility Front Lowering Torsion Keys with 0"-3" Front Drop Height by Eibach®. Quantity: 2 per Pack. This is a set of two replacement front torsion keys for vehicles with front torsion bar suspensions. The keys are designed to lower the front height of your sport utility or truck by 3 inches without altering the tension in the torsion bar – giving you an aggressive look while retaining factory ride quality.
Your modern sport utility or truck was designed to provide good handling with a comfortable ride. Manufacturers set vehicle ride heights as a compromise to please the majority of their customers who want a more commanding view of the road and better snow clearance. For the driver that wants a more aggressive look for their truck without a compromise in ride quality, Eibach offers the Sport Utility Front Lowering Kit. Two replacement torsion keys install to reposition the mounting location of where torsion bars secure to the vehicle. As a result, your ride height is dropped 3 inches. And because these torsion keys do it without altering the tension in the torsion bar, you get the aggressive look without a change to ride quality.
Once installed, the reduced ride height lowers your vehicle's center of gravity which, in turn, reduces body roll and any tendencies to lean over. The result is more stable handling at any speed and reduced understeer where high mass pushes the front of your vehicle sideways. All with the uncompromised, premium ride quality Eibach is known for providing. Eibach proudly builds the Sport Utility Front Lowering Kit in the United States, and backs it with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
