Vent shades, rain guards, window vent visors, whatever you like to name them, are the exact same parts that perform the exact same function. These are the pieces of acrylic plastic that attach to your vehicle right over the top of the windows for a number of reasons. First and foremost reason is to allow those windows down a bit to let the air pass inside the car while it's raining or snowing outside. Also, these parts are second to none when it's too hot outside to have your windows fully open but you still want fresh air circulation in the interior. One more great advantage to be mentioned when describing these effective add-ons is their easy and quick installation.

Today there are hundreds of companies offering window visors for your specific vehicle. But if you're looking for something more than run-of-the-mill pieces of plastic that would crack or fade in the mere future, you need the EGR Window Visors. Created to promote constant air circulation in your car's cabin, these fully integrated, custom molded units help to reduce windshield fogging in wet weather conditions that ensures both lower interior temperatures (while your car is parked) and safer driving. To install the window visors, simply insert each part into the upper channel of the window by carefully rotating it. Once installed, gently push the visor upwards into the window channel, and you're done. Now you can enjoy fresh air despite the weather conditions.

Great Product but Couple Issues with F150
The quality is very good, durable and look OEM. Installing is easy and will take 2mins only. Two problems faced me with my truck 2012 F150. First is the automatic sensor that will be blocked by the visor, so the windows (front only) will bounce and open again. You will figure out how to close (slowly close when the window reach almost the top). Second is the noise from the fraction between the rubber and the visors (fix it by lubing with some lubricant). It's worth the money and recommend it.

In-Channel Visors
In my 2011 F-150, these visors create a bit of an issue for the door which uses electric motors and has a safety measure to roll back down if there is too much resistance (probably to prevent a choking hazard or pinched fingers scenario). The rear visors had little to no issue and fit and work fine, but the fronts have the issue of the safety measure. The channel in which the visor fits may be slightly too narrow to fit these visors. I am continuing to use mine and just roll up my windows in small increments in hopes of the channel eventually widening a little to allow for the taken space. Slight nudges of the window going up seem to allow for the pressure not to send the window back down as a result of the safety measure. I recommend to the manufacturer that the thickness of the visors be reduced slightly, at least in the areas that would be tucked into the rubber channel to allow for a more "non-forced" fit.

Door Visors!
Easy to install. Looks great. I did have to flex the front window visor a few times. It kept hitting the glass. It took about a week to keep it’s memory.

Mixed Opinion
These look good on my 2008 Tahoe. They are easy and quick to install. The visors come down enough to where I can have my window down a decent amount, but the airflow is no better than any other window visor. The back of the visor slips down from the channel every time I have the window down, as the rear visors were the only ones with adhesive tape. And for some reason, they decided to stick the order pull ticket to one of the visors and after pulling it off, it left paper residue stuck to it. All in all, I've got mixed feelings about these, leaning a li'l towards the negative side.

Mediocre
I just bought these and installed them on my 22 Durango. The back windows fit fairly well and after seating the windows stayed in place fairly well. Maybe due to the tape that is supposed to help keep them in place. The front windows are a bit of a different story. The visors were installed as per the instructions, however they sometimes interfere with the windows rolling up. The front visors did not come with tape to help keep them in place, and they move around sometimes when rolling the windows down. Maybe they will stay put after some time.
