Product Details

Universal Dash Pod Adapter Kit with CS/CS2 Grommet (98005) by Edge®. This specially designed adapter piece allows the Insight CTS Gas or Diesel unit to secure to the Edge universal dash pod (sold separately) for easy dash-mounted operation on the road.

If you travel with a lot of gear and passengers, the CTS Pod Adapter Kit allows you to fit your Insight CTS monitor to the optional Dash Pod – securing it out of harm’s way where it will not inconvenience passengers, get knocked over, or be spilled on. The adapter piece is not visible once the CTS is secured to the Dash Pod, maintaining a seamless appearance that looks so right, your passengers will assume the whole Dash Pod assembly is factory original equipment. Installation is easy and all necessary pieces for mounting are included. If you choose to remove your CTS controller, it slips in and out of the Dash Pod housing quickly and easily.

The Dash Pod mounts easily to your dashboard using basic tools and self-tapping screws that are included. The cable that comes with the CTS monitor routes from your vehicle’s OBD II port behind the dashboard and pulls up by the base of the windshield, and it is long enough to reach the mounting area without extension. If you wish to mount your Dash Pod further away or up high, an OBD II Extension Cable is available.

2020 Silverado z71 6.6l GAS!

So like it says 2020 Silverado 6.6l gas ... thats right gas.. I waited 2 years for a tuner to come out but wHen it finally did it was so worth it. This has been a grest tuner for me for the last 3 months. The truck has incredible power but was sluggish well this CTS3 and Pulsar. lt turned my truck into a ripper, it puts a smile on my face everyday.

Glad I Bought This Programmer

Easy to install and use. Excellent display and menu. Driving in economy mode and it works great. Haven't tried other modes yet, but already noticed significant power gains, better acceleration, and firmer shifting. 100% recommend!

WOW

I drive around with this set at tow with mds off. I had it in economy mds off for a long time. Thats just not fun and I did not see any mpg increases, so now I am driving in smiles increases. It definitely makes a noticeable difference in the driving.

CTS2 with a 2016 6.7 Cummins

The product itself is great but the capabilities are not worth the price. If you are not going to fully delete your truck this is the way to go, but if you want to build it and tune it this is not what you are looking for. Edge provides no custom tunes for this product. After being told this I went to EZ Lynk with EFI live and it is 100 times better for just about the same price, and it comes with free custom tuning, your own technician, and wireless control.

Worth the Money

Had it a few weeks, went from 9 mpg on my 5.7 hemi with 35s to 16 mpg around town in economy mode, worth the money.

2017 GMC Sierra

Forget about updating an Edge tuner if you own a Mac. You have to go find a Windows PC. Apple computers have being top rated for the last 10 years. Still no compatibility. So I got a Windows PC, downloaded the software to update the unit. I’ve updated it 3 separate times & plugging it into my truck. After 3 times playing this game (borrowing a laptop) the edge cts2 still has the tune option locked. The unit says it still needs to be updated. Now I have to call Edge for tech support!! Wtf? Spent $600 on a tuner I was hesitant to but anyway (due to all the issues people seem to have, and the same issue with Diablo tuners).

Evolution

Works great, beyond expectations, haven't checked the mileage gains yet, having to much fun with performance. Not to difficult to install if you follow instructions to the letter!
