ECOGARD Limited Warranty

ECOGARD warrants its filters and wiper blades to be free from manufacturer’s defects in materials, workmanship, and design in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

ECOGARD filters and wiper blades, when properly installed in the application for which they are intended and serviced at the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended service intervals, will maintain the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty.

ECOGARD warrants that it will pay for the repair or replacement of any engine or engine part(s) damaged as a result of a manufacturer’s defect in any ECOGARD filter. This warranty is limited to filters that have been properly installed and changed in accordance with the engine manufacturer’s recommended service intervals.

ECOGARD warrants that it will pay for the repair or replacement of any windshield or wiper blade arm(s) damaged as a result of a manufacturer’s defect in any of its wiper blades. This warranty is limited to wiper blades that have been properly installed and changed in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended service intervals.

ECOGARD reserves the right to examine the filter, wiper blade, wiper arm(s), windshield, engine, and/or engine parts to determine the amount of damage and whether or not the damage was caused by a defective filter or wiper blade.

What this warranty does not cover:

Any product that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident
Any product that has been improperly maintained, operated, or installed
Any damage to the product that is the result of rust or corrosion

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness or a particular purpose, both of which are expressly excluded. ECOGARD shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from or caused by the use, operation, misuse, failure, or defect or any filter or wiper blade(s).

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:
