RocKlaw™ Hood Catch System by DV8 Offroad®. If you've seen your Jeep's hood 'flutter' while cruising down the road at speed, it's likely because the stock hood latches have stretched or deteriorated. DV8's patented RocKlaw™ Hood Catch System are made from a rigid die-cast which eliminates the flutter. They are height-adjustable to allow for a precise tension. RocKlaw solution is finished in UV-resistant, semi-gloss black powder coating for maximum durability. Comes with high-quality stainless steel mounting hardware.

Warranty

DV8 Offroad warrants all parts of its manufacture, furnished under this agreement, to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers the cost of the product.

This limited warranty does not cover:

Installation
Labor
Normal wear and tear
Abuse
Damage caused by misuse
Damage caused by collision

This limited warranty does not cover any consequential damages, including but not limited to the expense of being without the vehicle during inspection or repair/replacement period, delay, or mileage. Additionally, any and all implied warranties (including the warranty of fitness or merchantability) are limited for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, modification, misuse, mishandling, improper care, and/or neglect. Also, this limited warranty is void in the event of improper installation. The liability of DV8 Offroad under this warranty is limited, and at DV8 Offroad option, solely to repair or replacement with equivalent products within a reasonable time. The original limited warranty period of any product repaired or replaced by DV8 Offroad shall not thereby be extended. During the warranty period, this limited warranty is not transferable.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More
