The TCGL-01 holds up to a 40" tire and can be raised and lowered to accommodate any need for storage/bed use under the tire. The tire is lifted and locked up and out of the way by use of hydraulic lifts which make picking up the tire easily done with one hand. The TCGL-01 is great when you have a large spare tire that you don't want hanging below the Gladiator or doesn't fit. This tire carrier gives you mounting space without sacrificing bed space.
