How Do I Use These Products?

Once you have the Mini Matte Kit in your possession, wash vehicle immediately with Matte Body Wash. Matte Body Wash is safe to use on glossy paint as well. Follow with Matte Paint Coating to protect. If desired, you may protect the glossy paint with Matte Paint Coating as well. It simply won’t add any additional gloss. Avoid washing the vehicle for one week after applying Matte Paint Coating. After that, wash every 2 weeks or as needed. Use Matte Final Finish for touch-ups between washes and Matte Paint Cleanser for stubborn, hard-to-remove contaminants. After using Matte Paint Cleanser, always re-apply Matte Paint Coating to the cleaned area. Re-apply Matte Paint Coating once a year or as needed, depending on how often the vehicle is exposed to the elements.

• Matte Body Wash

  Add 2 caps of Matte Body Wash to a bucket with Grit Guard attached and fill with water. The soap will then foam up, giving you a cushion to avoid wash marks. Starting from the car's top, wash with a clean wash pad all the way to the bottom. Flip and rinse the wash pad often to stop trapped contaminants from abraying the surface. After you're done washing, rinse and then dry with a clean microfiber towel.

• Matte Paint Coating

  Make sure your surface is entirely clean and wet before you apply Matte Paint Coating, to ensure proper bonding. To get a clean surface, try using Matte Paint Cleanser to spot clean stubborn or embedded contaminants you notice, followed by a quick rinse to get the surface prepped for bonding. Apply a small amount of coating to your applicator and wipe onto the panel you'd like to start with, slightly overlapping to get total coverage. After you finish coating a panel, wipe down immediately and move to the next panel until your whole car is coated.

• Matte Paint Cleanser

  Spray onto area of surface containing the contaminant targeted for elimination. After a few minutes, wipe down to remove contaminant. If contaminant remains, repeat application until gone.

• Matte Final Finish

  Spray onto a mildly soiled area then immediately wipe down with a clean microfiber towel.
