Door Handle Replacement for VW Buggy
Although the handle was slightly different from original equipment it actually seems to fit better and tighter. Solved my problem completely.

Perfect!
I have bought several door handles for my car over the years and none of them has lasted very long. I found out very early that you open the door handle very slowly or the stupid thing will break, as it is made of plastic only. I ran into this one while once again looking for another handle. My hopes are up due to this one is made of plastic and medal. So far it's working fine.

Good
The spring that allows the handle to spring back into place popped out of place multiple times due to the retainer plastic that holds the handle in place being spaced too far apart and I had to push the two pieces together for the handle to work but there is no guarantee that it will remain.

Better Than Expected!
How did it look? Looked great but then it's only a door handle for a pickup. Having installed several similar products it was a breeze. What was unexpected was the quality! The previous handles were all plastic, including the ones from the original manufacturer. Would rate this five stars, value, quality and rapid response. Terry, Vista Ca.
