Door Mirror Switches

Solved my sluggish adjustable mirror problem.. Now I can finally see and don't have to settle for "close enough".

I had been contemplating just leaving the bad mirror switch in place and adjusting the mirrors manually. Works great for the drivers side and not so much for the passenger side mirror.
