Delta Limited Lifetime Warranty
Delta Ladder Racks are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty from the date of purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt. DCI warrants that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the sale.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. Modification, disassembly and/or reassembly of the product will invalidate this warranty. Damage to the contents of the box, vehicle or other consequential damages are excluded from this warranty. In the case of a nonconforming product, you should return it to the place of purchase. Delta will either repair or replace the product at their option if it is proved to be defective in material or workmanship.

POSI-LIFTTM 3–Year Gas Spring Warranty
If the POSI-LIFT gas spring fails to open an unrestricted lid during a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, it will be replaced. To obtain a new POSI-LIFT gas spring, you must have your original receipt available to verify the purchase date.

Delta CHAMPION 1–Year Limited Warranty
This warranty is made by Delta Consolidated Industries, Inc. (DCI) and extends to the original purchaser of the product made by DCI. Delta Brand Model 203000 and 204000 Structural Foam Crossover Warranty Statements

(DCI) and extends to the original purchaser of Delta Brand Structural Foam Model 203000 and 204000 crossovers from DCI and is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase upon presentation of a copy of the original sales receipt. DCI warrants that the products it makes are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of the sale.
Lifetime Limited Warranty On Structural Foam Construction
If the Structural Foam crossover body or lid fail due to defect in material and workmanship during the usable life of the product, DCI will at their option repair or replace it. These warranties do not cover damage caused by accident or unreasonable or unintended use of the product. Modification, disassembly and/or reassembly of the product will invalidate this warranty.
