Delphi warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months/unlimited mileage during the first year. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. Delphi Fuel Transfer Pump for BMW X5

This is a factory replacement BMW pump (exactly the same as the original)! My X5 starting stalling after getting below 1/2 tank so I made an educated decision to replace and it fixed the problem. I did have to remove both rear split bench seats to access pumps (because 7 passenger). This pump (left side) connects to main fuel pump (right side) so both had to be accessible. Took maybe 3hrs but saved lots on this part and labor of course. Thanks again for great product, price, and service!
