With the Custom Style Rear Wing Spoiler with Light on your car, the world will know you're serious about high performance. This wing has an aggressive look and it's large enough to be functional. At high speeds, this Wing Spoiler will create downforce, without obstructing rear vision. Made from quality materials, this spoiler comes with everything required for easy installation.

    At high speed, a rear spoiler can provide downforce, prevent airflow separation, and reduce drag and instability. Most people never drive their cars fast enough to experience these benefits, rather we like spoilers more for their visual benefit. If your car didn't come from the custom with a spoiler, there's no reason to do without any longer. This spoiler will give your car custom performance style without the factory price.

    And although this spoiler can be ordered unpainted, we strongly encourage you to select the painted option. D2S computerized paint mixing system enables us to guarantee that your spoiler will match your custom paint, and it's unlikely that a local body shop will be able to paint your spoiler for less than the price difference. The spoiler is manufactured in the USA. D2S warrants to the original purchaser of the spoiler that it will be free of manufacturer's defects for a period of 3 years.

    987 Rear Spoiler
    The color match was perfect. You would think it came with the car. Installation is pretty straightforward and adding another tail light just improves your safety.

    Looks Good, But Not Well Put Together
    The wing was painted to match my car, and the overall look is nice. I was disappointed though by the reassembly of the wing. I noticed it was loose when I was counting it to my car. I tried to tighten the bolts that connect the wig to the base, but the nut on one side was already stripped. It turned as I turned the bolt. So now I have a good looking wing that is loose on one side.

    2005 BW Beetle
    The overall fit and finish are fantastic however installation requires the know how and tooling of an professional Aircraft sheet metal technician . Which I happen to be minus the tooling that I don't have in my personal garage . Nothing other than a standard drill , bit and Phillips screwdriver would have been necessary, had the fellas in research and development actually attempted to install, one of these spoilers on a VW Beetle themselves. The anchor points could have easily been moved to the factory mounting points . I'm not sure why this was over looked but it was a major SNAFU and should be rectified. I spent over six hours of trial and Installing this spoiler and had to physically cut away and remove considerable pieces of the hatch in order to mount. This all could have easily been avoided had the anchor points been installed in the appropriate places during the injection molding process. I would not recommend purchasing one of these spoilers for your Beetle until this issue has been resolved. That being stated these fellas stand to make considerable bank once the appropriate measures have been taken as this spoiler is most definitely the very good looking Beetle spoiler on the market!!

    Awesome Upgrade!
    Just installed this rear wing and it looks fantastic on my 911, totally changes the car's vibe! Took it to the track and could feel the difference already, cornering feels more stable. The fiberglass build is sturdy and it looks slick too!
