    Class 4 Heavy Duty Square Exposed Rear Trailer Hitch (14357) by CURT®. Color: Black. The Weight Carrying Capacity is 10000 lbs, while the Tongue Weight is 1000 lbs, 12000/1200 lbs Weight Capacity with use of Weight Distribution System, and the Receiver Tube Opening Size is 2". When an especially bulky trailer or heavy load requires more towing power, class 4 steps in to take the reins. CURT class 4 trailer hitches are made with all-American steel and a powerful design. They are commonly found on commercial vans and larger pickup trucks and SUVs. This class 4 features a square tube frame and comes with all necessary hardware for a complete installation on your vehicle. Also, like many class 3 hitches, this class 4 hitch can be used in combination with a weight distribution hitch to increase its overall towing capacity.

    Class 4 hitches can accept any ball mount or hitch-mounted accessory with a 2" x 2" shank. Like all CURT trailer hitches, class 4 line goes through a strenuous finishing process, receiving a shot blast and wash to create a flawlessly smooth surface, and then being co-cured with two finishing coats. A liquid Bonderite coating and gloss black powder coat finish ensure that the hitch stays well protected against rust, chipping and UV damage. This co-cured finish is backed by a one-year warranty, while the hitch as a whole comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

    No matter what you are towing, CURT is ready to provide you with a reliable trailer hitch that will serve you for years to come. CURT trailer hitches are put through rigorous testing before being deemed ready to tow. Each hitch is totally customized for a particular vehicle and is able to perform at its listed capacity.     Trailer Hitch
    The hitch is solid and looks good, no complaint. The shipping was quick with no headaches. The box was banged up and open on one side when it arrived but the hitch was not damaged. The installation was a little tricky and I do have to go back and adjust the hitch which sucks. The instructions are not that clear and I received a whole bunch of little screws that I have no idea what they are for. I did receive all the necessary hardware in addition to those small screws. It is possible with a one person installation but is easier with two.

    2017 F-150 Hitch
    Ordered this product through CARiD after researching through various websites and stores. Needless to say, CARiD had the best deal which ultimately led to my purchasing decision. The product was delivered quick! It only took two days after purchasing to have it delivered. The packaging was in tact and the product is not damaged. This hitch is also very easy to install!     CURT
    Replaced the original receiver with the new class 4 heavy duty. Well made, bolted right in works great, more durable than the original, new receiver has bolts and washers included, the only part missing was the electrical plug bracket, needs to have this bracket to complete a very good receiver.
