This warranty is void if the battery charger has been opened, handled carelessly or repaired by anyone other than CTEK Power Inc. or its authorized representatives.

All other warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed, excluded and waived by customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.
