CSF warrants this radiator, under normal use and service, for 2 - years to the original purchaser how owns the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed.

CSF takes pride in the quality of its products and offers one of the best warranty’s in the industry. Original paper work verifying the proof of purchase and pre-installation cooling system checklist signed by the professional installer is required to process warranty claims.

Take care of your radiator, as under circumstances listed below the warranty will be void.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a “fit problem” there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.

If a unit is damaged in shipping, please file a claim with the carrier. Damages caused during shipping, installation or handling are not covered under warranty.

Any repairs or alterations to the unit will automatically void the warranty.

Any form of abuse, including the use of improper coolant mixtures, damage caused by steam, corrosion etc and use on commercial vehicles voids the warranty. It is the vehicle owners’ responsibility to maintain the cooling system as specified in the owners manual.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More

Perfect Replacement

I replaced my entire cooling system due to constant overheating, this radiator is a game changer, my temperature when I wasn’t overheating was around 200-210 Fahrenheit, but with this radiator and a performance thermostat that opens at a lower temp my engine is running and idling at around 165-172 degrees, perfect fit and the package came it undamaged, my also has a built in transmission fluid cooler and it’s running at a lower temp as well, I highly recommend this radiator.

Good Product, Poorly Packaged

The radiator itself was a good fit, exactly as described, but it arrived visibly warped, and dented. A quart of oil was firmly wedged between the box and radiator fins. I did not order any oil, perhaps there was a shortage of packaging supplies that day. Since the radiator didn't leak, I did my best to bend it back. The fans bolted up nicely. It took some bending here and there to make it fit properly, but I didn't have time to return the part so I made do, and overall I’m pleased with the price.
