Warranty

Crown warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty Period, Crown will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Crown reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Not so Great

Drums and spring kit are fine. The shoes provided had the spring retention pivot pin fell out and had to be pressed back in. They had even escaped the plastic packaging so ended up using the wrong two shoes and had to do one side twice after I spent a few hours head scratching and eventually went to Autozone and bought a new set of shoes. So I didn’t end up using the shoes. The spring kit was only missing the spring for the adjuster but I haven’t seen that in any spring kit. Might be better off getting the parts individually.
